VIOLIN LESSONS Violin lessons largely include the development of technical skills such as bow holding, hand holding, posture, finger technique and bow technique. In addition, we concentrate on music theory, harmony theory, playing melodies, ear training and rhythm theory.
Violin lessons offer a range from classical literature to popular pieces.
Violin lessons can be started from the age of 6.
In addition to regular violin lessons, we also offer a string orchestra as group lessons. The skills learned can be lived out in the group and shared with other musicians.
The students of the Cologne Music School Harmony have the opportunity to take part in regular student concerts and present their skills on a stage.
We recommend small-bore violins for children that are suitable for the child’s height. We would be happy to advise you on the purchase of an instrument.
